Police search for stolen white BMW

A WHITE BMW was stolen after a thief grabbed the car keys during a robbery.

Police want to find the stolen BMW

The break-in took place in Mitchell Street, Dalkeith, between 11pm on Tuesday and 10.30am on Wednesday.

Police are keen to track down the white BMW 320d M Sport, which has the registration J444 GLS. A wallet was also stolen during the break-in.

PC Scott Clark, of Musselburgh’s Community Investigation Unit, said: “Housebreaking and car theft are deeply personal crimes and we’re utilising various resources in an effort to trace those responsible.

“Anyone who may have seen any suspicious behaviour, or has information which can help us return it to its owner, is urged to get in touch.”
