'Reckless' quad bikers reported after failing to stop for police in West Lothian

Two quad bike owners have been reported for driving uninsured and dangerously.

Officers attempted to stop the pair who were spotting driving “recklessly” through Greenrigg on Wednesday, 16 December.

A police spokesman said: “Two males on quad bikes made off from Livingston Road Police earlier today (16 December) in Greenrigg.

"One abandoned his quad and made off on foot.

"The male rider was identified through local enquiry and will be reported for no licence, no insurance, dangerous driving and for culpable and reckless conduct.”
