Reports of a man indecently exposing himself near a primary school in Fife has launched a police appeal.

The incident took place around 11am on Wednesday, September 16 near Tayport Primary School.

Sergeant Matt Spencer, from St Andrews Police Station, said: "We are carrying out extensive enquiries into this incident and are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward.

"We have also increased our police patrols in the local area and will continue to engage with the local community."

Anyone who may have information or saw anything suspicious can contact police on 101, quoting incident 0805 of September 17.
