Three men arrested in Edinburgh as police recover stolen property

Police made the arrest after responding to a call in Barnton.

Three men have been arrested after police responded to a call last night regarding people acting suspiciously at a garage at Strathalmond Green.

Stolen property, including two bicycles with a value of £1,000, was recovered and returned to its owner as well as items from a break-in to a garage on Queensferry Road.

The three men, aged 20, 20 and 21 have been charged in connection with a total of six crime offences and will appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date.
