Urgent appeal for missing dog from Musselburgh seen being picked up by a woman on CCTV
Kay Muir, who lives with her husband James in Macbeth Moir Road, Musselburgh, left her front door slightly ajar when taking the rubbish out on Monday afternoon at about 2.30pm during which her Yorkshire Terrier escaped the house and ran onto the street.
Within about five minutes of going back into the house, the dog owner found Oli was missing and looked out the window to try and spot him.

Her husband James then rushed outside to get Oli but by the time he reached the street the woman had disappeared.
The couple said they are growing more concerned for their dog’s welfare after having no luck finding him, despite calling local vets, a dog warden, neighbours and local schools in the area.
"We live on an estate and we have walked around several times but we just haven’t heard about any sightings of him and he’s no where to be seen,” Mrs Muir sad.
"I don’t think the woman stole him.

"It’s just very odd that no one knows where he is. We have honestly tried everything.”
Mrs Muir said she has contacted police today to report Oli as missing.
"We are just desperate to have him back,” she added.
"He’s four years old but he’s a tiny little thing. Anyone would think he was a puppy.
