But cousins Amy Gillon, Claire Kleen and Marion Mears have banded together to set up an online fundraiser and help cover the costs of Kellie’s funeral.

Writing on behalf of Hollie, Amy said: “On the 21st of May we received the heartbreaking news that Kellie Greig a mother, nana, auntie, cousin and great friend sadly passed away.

“We as a family are looking for any donations towards funeral costs to give our Kellie the send off she well and truly deserves. As everyone knows funerals aren’t cheap especially with the cost of living going on.

“Hollie was Kellie’s only daughter left, to still be so young and have to worry about today’s funeral costs are heartbreaking nobody should ever have to worry about these things.

“We want to help Hollie be free of any financial burdens.

“Please donate anything at all if you can, Kellie had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone whether it was friends or family it’s now our turn to do the same.”
