Domestic abuser in last-chance saloon

A MAN convicted of domestic abuse for the third time has been warned that one more offence will land him a lengthy jail sentence.

Steven Holman ripped off cupboard and wardrobe doors, tore out drawers and smashed a window in a violent row with his partner, a court heard. After causing £500 worth of damage to his council home in Whitburn, he pushed his pregnant partner out of his home and threw her down on the ground.

Katie McNair, prosecuting, said the accused had been drinking prior to the row.
