EasyJet flight from London to Edinburgh declares inbound emergency

The Airbus A320-214 left London Gatwick for the Scottish capital at around 5pm but issued a mid-flight emergency.
a spokesperson for EasyJet said: “The captain requested an expedited landing as a result of a passenger onboard requiring medical attention.

Hide Ad“EasyJet can confirm that flight EZY811 from London Gatwick to Edinburgh today, 3 November, requested a priority landing in to Edinburgh due to a passenger requiring medical assistance.
“The aircraft was met by paramedics upon arrival in Edinburgh. The safety and wellbeing of our passengers and crew is EasyJet’s highest priority.”
