Eat safe this Christmas

People in Midlothian are being urged to “eat safe” when they eat out this Christmas.

Midlothian Council operates the Food Hygiene Information Scheme, which means good food hygiene is easy for consumers to spot at restaurants, pubs, hotels, cafes and other places that sell food.

A “Pass”, identified by a sticker on the window or door of the premises or a certificate, shows the establishment met the legal requirements when it was inspected.
