Edinburgh Leisure announce loyalty point scheme will be coming to an end later this year
Edinburgh Leisure customers have been able to use loyalty points to pay for bookings and activities but it has been announced that the scheme will be coming to an end
Edinburgh Leisure has announced that it will be scrapping its loyalty points scheme later this year.
Members and customers of Edinburgh Leisure have been able to collect loyalty points which can then be saved and spent on bookings for certain sports and facilities.
However, in an update to users, Edinburgh Leisure has confirmed that the loyalty points scheme will be coming to an end later this year.

The customer update read: “Later this year, the loyalty point system will be coming to an end.”
It added: “As part of recent upgrades to our systems, designed to make your experience simpler and smoother, the current loyalty programme is no longer supported.”
Members can continue to collect points until Tuesday, May 12.
Customers can save the points they earn until then but they will have up until Monday, August 31 to spend them. Points will be lost if not spent by this date.
The loyalty points scheme will officially come to an end on Tuesday, September 1. Activities booked using points before this date can take place up until Tuesday, September 8.
Edinburgh Leisure has said that it will be looking towards working with customers to “explore what a refreshed members rewards offer could look like in the future”.
A representative for the organisation told the Evening News: “Edinburgh Leisure is dedicated to rewarding our members and will be actively seeking their input as we develop our new rewards programme.
“We encourage customers to use their points over the coming months and to look out for updates as we shape future member benefits.
“We see this as a move forward with our offering and an exciting opportunity to create benefits for our customers that meet their needs and support them to get more active.”
