Edinburgh police investigate caravan fire which spread to neighbouring house in Moredun as man, 40, hospitalised
and live on Freeview channel 276
Firefighters and police officers were called to the incident in Moredun Park View at about 1:15am on Sunday, August 16.
A picture sent to the Edinburgh Evening News shows a huge hole in the roof of a house and smoke damage visible inside and outside the property, with a large coloured sheet draped over what is thought to be a caravan outside.

Hide AdA Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 40-year-old man sustained injury and was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment.
“Police remain at the scene to support the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
"Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the fire are ongoing.”
A fire service spokesperson said they were unable to provide any further details as the matter is being handled by police.
The Scottish Ambulance Service has also been contacted.
