Estate agent has 13th win

A CITY estate agent has topped ESPC rankings for the 13th consecutive year.

Warners was awarded the unofficial title of Top Estate Agent by the ESPC network, which compiles data based around the volume of home sales achieved by Edinburgh’s property firms.

Estate agency partner at Warners, Scott Brown, said: “Prices have remained relatively unchanged for the past 18 months and buyer confidence has been fairly low, so it is a testament to our approach and the hard work of our staff that we have achieved this accolade for the 13th year in a row.”
