But the Edinburgh-born former US Marine – who spent 21 years on Death Row over the death of a toddler in a fire before being freed in a plea bargain deal in 2008 – will be unable to toast his nuptials because parole officers have banned him from alcohol.
Last month, he finished a three-year sentence in an Ohio jail for threatening a prosecutor from the original trial.
He was drunk on Hogmanay 2011 when he called the man, now a judge.
The wedding ceremony will take place at the home in Tupelo, Mississippi, which he shares with fiancée Karen Charves.
