Expats target city housing

WEALTHY expats are helping to boost the city’s housing market by capitalising on low  values, a property firm says.

Grant Property Investment said it had seen an increasing number of inquiries from people living and working overseas looking to take advantage of the weak pound to start building their buy-to-let property portfolios.

Edinburgh has been high on the list of most desirable places to invest in Scotland.
