Family of missing Matthew Elmer informed of M8 body
POLICE investigating the discovery of a body near the M8 in Livingston have informed the family of missing man Matthew Elmer.
The 23-year-old bank worker hasn’t been seen since leaving his home in the town on Saturday, February 13.
A body was found off the A899 road near the M8 slipway at 2.30pm on Tuesday.
Formal identification is yet to be carried out, although it is understood Mr Elmer’s family have been informed.
