Farm hands out a lesson

The first educational visit of the new school year was taking place at Craigie’s Farm, South Queensferry, today as part of Scottish Food and Drink Fortnight.

The Royal Highland Educational Trust aims to give every child in Scotland the chance to learn about food, farming and the countryside; as well as an idea of the importance and value of rural Scotland.

VION Food Group recently announced it is to sponsor the trust for three years.
