Fight to stop fire near Royal Highland Showground
Firefighters are battling to stop a blaze in an empty house at Ingliston from spreading to nearby fields.
The fire on Ingliston Road is visible from the A8 and is close to the Royal Highland Showground and Edinburgh Airport.
Two fire appliances are using hose reels to stop the fire from spreading. The fire service was called just after half past one.
There are no reports of any people being caught up in the blaze.
