Firm toasts sublet deals

The Edinburgh branch of a UK property firm has announced a clutch of office and retail deals.

Graham & Sibbald has announced the charity WePay has sublet a 549-square-foot unit on Corstorphine’s St John’s Road from Neilsons Solicitors, at a price of £12,000 per year.

The former Mayfair Inn Bar and Grill in Musselburgh has been snapped up by a private company, while private deals have been secured for 11 Howard Street and 68 Dalry Road.
