We’ve been given the first glimpse of the beautifully restored Jenners Building, with the historic Princes Street façade set to be unveiled to the public in the coming months.
The 130-year-old building is undergoing a major restoration and redevelopment programme, which will see the former department store converted into a mixed-use development featuring retail, hospitality and cultural spaces, including a 96-room hotel.
After years of painstaking work by an army of Scotland’s most skilled craftspeople to restore and protect the building, the external scaffolding will be removed in stages over the coming months, unveiling that work to the public for the first time.
