Hibs fans celebrating their 3-1 Scottish Cup win over city rivals Hearts could be heard over 3 miles away according to reports.

Residents as far as Joppa reported that they could hear the celebrations as Hibs fans cheered their team into the next round of the Scottish Cup.

The sell-out game saw a packed Easter Road belt out Sunshine on Leith after the final whistle, which could also be heard miles away.

The loudest cheer reportedly came after the third goal was scored in the 63rd minute.

Over 20,000 fans attended the game at Easter Road, making it the biggest home attendance in 23 years.
