Launch year with a bang

A COMPETITION has been launched that offers the prize of starting the fireworks at this year’s Hogmanay street party.

The competition, mainly aimed at visitors to Edinburgh, offers travel to and from the city and a three-night stay in a four star hotel, together with VIP passes to the festivities.
