Little ones toddle along to raise cash

More than 40 children from the Little Monkeys nursery in Craiglockhart have taken part in the Barnardos Big Toddle, raising money for disadvantaged children.

A nationwide event, the nursery held its own fundraiser on August 25 for its “tweenies” class.

Two-year-olds Rory Bright, Megan McLean, Eilidh Muir and Katya Imlach got into the spirit of the occasion, dressing up in costumes to go with this year’s animal theme and even making their own masks.

The nursery has already raised hundreds of pounds and all donations will be going to Barnardos to help Britain’s disadvantaged under 5s.
