Lost Lothian Bus teddy reunited with owner

Last week we shared an appeal after a teddy was reported lost on a number 10 Lothian Bus.

The lost mouse has been reclaimed.

Hundreds shared our story to try and reunite a child with their long-lost companion, and, following an exchange on social media, it is understood that the lost toy has been traced and collected.

Andrew Bright tweeted to Lothian Buses: Ah, thank you. This little fella belongs to my youngest, who has amazing ability to lose his cuddly mouse regularly.”

Lothian Buses messaged Bright the details of the pick up who then tweeted: Thank you so much. I’ll pop into Hanover St tomorrow and collect him.

Here’s hoping the wee mouse doesn’t go missing again and that a family has a great story to tell in the future.
