LovePets had animal magic

SCOTLAND’S biggest pet show will return next year, after the inaugural event was hailed a huge success by organisers Johnston Press.

The first ever LovePets Scotland show was held at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh, on September 3-4, and welcomed more than 5000 visitors over the two days.

There were 70 exhibitor stands as well as 150 animals and over 40 different presentations and demonstrations.

Andrew Richardson, managing director of The Scotsman Publications Limited, said: “I am delighted with the success of our first year of LovePets Scotland. It is good to see the excitement about building on the success of this year for an even better LovePets 2012.”
