Major Tim Peake tweets stunning image of Scotland from space
BRITISH astronaut Tim Peake has tweeted a stunning picture of Scotland taken from on board the International Space Station.
Major Tim, who became the first British-born spaceman on the ISS in December - shared the image on Saturday writing “It looks like a great day to be climbing a Scottish Munro today!”.
His tweet was retweeted more than 2,300 times and received more than 4,500 likes.
