Carnethy Heights, in Penicuik, is a 165-home development comprising of three, four and five-bedroom energy-efficient homes.

Located 10 miles south of Edinburgh, prices for the remaining properties range from £354,995 for the four-bedroom Lenzie style home to £474,000 for the larger four-bedroom Westbury which features a double garage.

Interested buyers can now visit the five-bedroom showhome to see what Avant Homes has to offer first-hand.
