“We think it is wonderful that the Bay City Rollers are supporting Walk the Walk,” the group said. “The band put Scotland on the map and made tartan fashionable – so this year’s theme – ‘Swing your tartan’ is ideal for us as die-hard fans!

“We have great fun every year as we prepare for the event. We have bra-decorating sessions together and we make our way around the route singing some of our favourite Bay City Rollers hits!”

Other MoonWalkers include Karen Sturges and Nicky Trowers with their light-up bras, husband and wife team Stephanie and Chris Harris, Garry Coulson and Debbie Burcher in their ‘bride and groom’ bras, mother and daughter team Pauline Stewart and Charlotte, and ‘The Western Willow Strippers’.
