Museum ads net award

An advertising campaign for the redeveloped National Museum of Scotland has been named as one of the country’s best.

Creative agency Frame’s “Discover the Bigger Picture” campaign, which helped see the museum become the UK’s most popular visitor attraction outside London, was recognised at the Marketing Society’s Star Awards, at Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange on Thursday night.

The campaign – which won the top award in the Arts and Culture category – sought to communicate a coherent message to potential visitors.
