Hide AdI wrote last week about how I think the NHS deserves so much more than a clap from the general public, as nice as it is, they need more.
They should get more money, better protection and also be listened to!
Whilst watching the news earlier in the week, I had to stop myself launching a chair at the table when the talk of Premier League footballers having to “suck up” a pay-off situation left me reeling.
I argue with my partner about this a lot as I think it’s disgusting what the football industry pay the footballers.

Hide AdI think people like the nurses and doctors are the ones who should be on inflated salaries as they risk their lives to save ours.
I can’t bail out the NHS – and I’m not sure who can – but what I can do is give a small gift to my friends who are nurses.
I make a special effort to be nice to those working in supermarkets and those delivering essentials at the moment but for my nurse friends I’ve gone a bit above and beyond.
So if it’s supporting your local florist and sending some flowers to a nurse friend, buying a nice bubble bath or a box of chocolates for them, I’m sure we all know a nurse that we can treat just now.
Go on treat a nurse, they deserve it!
