Council plays the system with its '˜consultations'

I TOOK this photograph of a damaged traffic island and reported it to the council about two years ago when the central light was hit by an unknown car.

It took a while but eventually someone arrived to clear the broken lamp, although nothing else was repaired.

I reported it again some months later but still nothing was done. As you can see this is outside the Council Building Services office. This island is used by the staff and the management in this building, but it has remained ignored.
