We’ve had more days off school recently than you can shake a stick at – Monday bank holidays (two of them), the February break, days off for bad weather (it wasn’t that long ago we saw the snow) and it’s got me thinking about the summer holidays.

I’ve found I’ve really got to be creative when keeping kids entertained and it’s not just their wee legs that need keeping busy, it’s their brains too!

The summer holidays seem so long and I find my son gets frustrated easily so I’ve been asking other parents what they’re doing for the holiday season to avoid being a grumpy mum.

One parent mentioned to me about The Little Sports Company, which aims to enhance children’s learning while integrating a new sports programme.
