The beloved sausage dogs and their owners met up as part of the Dachshunds in Edinburgh walking group, which arranges gatherings for dogs and their owners.
Festive sweaters were the order of the day for many pets and owners, as the hounds and humans strolled their way through the city centre park.
Some walkers could be seen wearing Dachshund through the Snow sweaters whilst being accompanied by their four-legged companions.
Plenty of wagging tails and happy hounds could be found as they frolicked together in the bitter cold.
Passers-by were treated to the sight of an army of dogs in little Santa hats and personalised jumpers.
Rumours even began to spread that Rudolph himself was in attendance.
