Player Ruth McClean contacted the home to request that she be able to send cards to the residents at this difficult time.

The Cards were delivered by Lauren Park of the girls shortly after the team had finished doing an 18 mile run round all the local Ladies Rugby Clubs to raise awareness of women's rugby.

Eleanor Wilson General Manager at Drummond Grange said: “Residents were all delighted to receive the cards and chocolate and on behalf of the residents wished all the Ladies a very Merry Christmas.

One resident commented, saying: “It was really nice receiving the Cards from these Ladies and we wish them all the Best for the New Year.”
