Coldplay gig in Argentina is to be broadcast live in Edinburgh, along with a new Liam Gallagher documentary

Coldplay fans are being given the opportunity to see the multi-millon-selling band performing live in Argentina – all from the comfort of their nearest Vue cinema.

The concert, being broadcast live from River Plate stadium in Buenos Aires on October 29, is part of the chart-topping outfit’s record breaking Music of the Spheres tour, which will include hits spanning from across their career and a special guest performance from K-Pop superstar Jin, of BTS.

This beautifully-filmed feature presentation – which can be seen both Vue Omni Centre and Vue Ocean Terminal – is directed by acclaimed BAFTA-winning and Grammy-nominated director Paul Dugdale.

The performance is one of many broadcast by Vue to give culture lovers the opportunity to see shows they might not have the chance to view in person.

Also arriving at Vue from November 17 is Knebworth 22, a new feature-length documentary that traces Liam Gallagher back to the site of former band Oasis’ record-breaking performance to over 250,000 people, back in 1996.

Including all-new interviews and behind-the-scenes concert footage, the film goes a little bit further, seeking out stories and perspectives from collaborators and fans of different generations from around the world.
