Edinburgh police appeal to find owners of missing dog in Gilmerton area

Police in Edinburgh have sent out an appeal to find the owner of a dog found in Gilmerton on Tuesday.

The dog appears to be a french bulldog with white and brown colours in its coat.

It was found today, April 6, in the Gilmerton area of Edinburgh.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “While we could recruit this wee thing, we would rather it was returned home.

"Found in the Gilmerton area.

"If the dog belongs to you, call 101 and quote police incident 1640 06/04/2021.”
