Foodies Festival: Tasty weekend festival set to return to Edinburgh in the summer

The popular Foodie Festival has announced its return to the Capital this summer.

Planned for the weekend of August 6, 7 and 8 of this year, the Edinburgh Foodies Festival are preparing to celebrate top chefs, tasty food, drinks and live music in Inverleith Park.

Some of the star guests include GBBO Winner Candice Brown, MasterChef Champions Thomas Frake, Irini Tzortzoglou, Kenny Tutt, Shelina Permalloo, MasterChef Finalists David Rickett (2020) and Sandy Tang with many more to be announced.

Organisers have released new weekend tickets which let holders enjoy all three days or day tickets are available for those who prefer to come for the day.

A statement on the website said: “Just to reassure you that we are monitoring the coronavirus outbreak closely, taking guidance from the UK government, and that the health and safety of exhibitors, visitors and staff is our top priority.

“We look forward to welcoming you this Summer and enjoying a fun filled weekend!”
