Edinburgh power cut: Here are all the postcodes currently without power in the Capital

Scottish Power said that it became aware of the power cut affecting properties in Roseneath Place and surrounding areas at 9.47am on Tuesday morning, and that it had no advance warning of the outage.

Power was initially restored to some homes in the area within a couple of hours, with others being told they may have to wait until 2pm due to damage at Napier University substation.

Now all homes in the area are reported to have power again and Scottish Power have apologised for the inconvenience.
