It’s been a long wait for swimming enthusiasts in Edinburgh to get back in the pool, but after more than six months of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic, Leith Victoria Swim Centre reopened its doors to the public today (Monday, September 14).
The other Edinburgh Leisure venues which reopened today were: Ainslie Park, Drumbrae Leisure Centre, Craiglockhart Leisure & Tennis Centre, Gracemount Leisure Centre and the Royal Commonwealth Pool.
The Evening News paid a visit to the B-listed Victorian pool to see what safety measures have been put in place.
