‘Lord of the Rings’: Lost wedding ring found at Gorebridge recycling centre

A Midlothian recycling centre has made an appeal to reunite a lucky man with his wedding ring which was lost when he was putting items into a skip.

Stobhill Recycling Centre in Gorebridge are trying to track down the man who visited the site late in the morning on Friday 5 June.

At the time the ring was lost, two members of centre staff, George Kenderdine and Ryan Law helped him search for the valued item in and around the skip to no avail.

However, in a stroke of luck the ring was found later in the day outside of the skip by Ryan, who has now been nicknamed ‘Lord of the Rings’, when the skip was being moved.

To owner of the ring is asked to contact the team on 07713 315807 to arrange to be reunited with it.
