Missing dog: Lothian Buses appeal for help to trace owner of lost dog found in Edinburgh park

An appeal has been launched after a young girl found a dog in an Edinburgh park.

According to Lothian Buses, 12-year-old Katie Reid, whose dad Neil is a bus driver, discovered the animal on Tuesday in the Inch Park and took him a police station.

Now it is hoped the pup’s owner can be traced.

A Facebook post from Lothian Buses read: ‘Driver Neil Reid's daughter, Katie (12), found this poor wee pup in the Inch Park and took him to Howdenhall Police Station. Well done, Katie!’
