Police in Edinburgh are appealing for help to find missing teenagers Shanelle Andrews, 15, and Sophie Smith, 14, who were last seen in the Slateford Road area of the city around 6.30 am on Wednesday, May 6.

The girls are thought to be together and both have links to the city centre and Westerhailes.

Shanelle is described as a white, Scottish female, around 5ft 4ich tall, medium build with long fair hair and was seen wearing a black puffer jacket with a fur hood, a neon pink crop top hoodie, ripped denim jeans and black Nike trainers with white soles.

Sophie is also described as a white, Scottish female, around 5ft 7ich tall, medium build also with long fair hair.

Anyone who has seen the girls or has any information should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 278 on May 6, 2020.
