Following on from the positive responses from students in their online lessons, Dunbar Music School directors, Calum Wood, Jacqui Preston and Siobhan Grealy wanted to give students the opportunity to perform and record the song as a way of reaching out to say hello and thanks to the people and key workers in their community of Dunbar and beyond.
Recorded on their home devices to a click track, the students from the small community interest company rose to the challenge to create a group performance.

It took around a week to receive the videos before Calum then compiled all the recordings to create the emotional tribute to recognise those working hard on the frontline in the space of a couple of days.
The video was then uploaded on Thursday and within 24 hours had racked up thousands of views and had been shared by more than 100 supporters.
Speaking about the project, Siobhan Grealy, music school director said: "We have been so impressed with over 40 of our students practising their hearts out to be part of this recording for our community. They are amazing. We're excited to do more of these projects over the next few weeks.”
