Adam Lockwood, 19, has been free-climbing buildings in the UK and Europe for the last three years, reaching heights of almost 200 metres without any equipment.

Now, the self-confessed 'professional idiot' has posted a jaw-dropping video of himself hanging off the edge of The Madison apartment block in Canary Wharf, central London.

It's not the first time Lockwood has hit the headlines with his death-defying antics.

The teenager from Wigan, who goes by the moniker 'The Little Nuisance' on social media, was filmed scaling the tower block in Levante beach, Benidorm in February.

Last summer, he ascended a red crane in Puteaux, France, before holding on to the jib crane with one hand for a death-defying photo.

Speaking about his latest stunt in Canary Wharf, Lockwood said: “I do this sort of thing quite a lot – I don't even get adrenaline from it anymore.

“I love looking over the edge – that's the best part.

“I just went up there on Tuesday with about eight of my mates, and everyone was just doing their own thing, and I just decided to go for it.”
