A look inside the brand new contemporary residencies at landmark development Waverley Square have been unveiled by developers.

The 66 properties which include one, two and three bedroom apartments, penthouses and mews, many with views of the Edinburgh skyline are set to launch to the market from Monday.

The residences, from housebuilder Queensberry Properties, are located between the Royal Mile in the Capital’s Old Town and Waverly train station and are part of the £240m New Waverley initiative.

Scheduled for completions from Spring 2021, the luxury housing also comes with private basement parking, floor-to-ceiling windows, vast living spaces and a landscaped communal courtyard.
