Pervert kept past a secret

Although Lisa Scott had a son, Robert Milligan kept his past a secret from her. And he breached the Sex Offenders Register by failing to tell police he had slept at her home.

He later confessed to the woman that he had served a 13-month prison sentence for possessing internet child porn.

She ended the relationship and threw him out of her house, Livingston Sheriff Court was told.

Milligan was put on probation for two years with special conditions that he seek counselling for alcohol problems and his attitude towards sex offending. He was also banned from driving for two years and fined £200 for refusing to provide a blood specimen after flipping his uninsured car.
