Pet shops to collar funds

AN Easter fundraising drive to help animal rescues is being held in the Capital.

The fundraising, from May 30 to April 13, will see Pets at Home store teams at the Corstorphine and Livingston branches run fun activities to raise awareness and funds for animal charities.

A spokesperson said: “Our nationwide fundraising drives give us the chance to increase awareness of pet adoption and raise money for local animal rescues at the same time.”

Raffle tickets priced £1 will give customers the chance to win free pet food for a year.
