Pipers’ gig is an education

THEY have performed with Sir Paul McCartney, welcomed the Pope and opened this year’s Lennoxlove Book Festival.

Now the Loretto School Pipe Band will perform for families interested in finding out more about attending the school.

Jonathan Hewat, Loretto’s director of external affairs, said: “This is a unique opportunity to hear them play, as well as finding out about Loretto School.”

The performance will be at the new Waterfront venue at Archerfield Links on June 21.
