Police seek help finding Bathgate man Allan Shepherd

POLICE in West Lothian are renewing their appeal for a 56-year-old man reporting missing from Bathgate.

Allan Shepherd was last seen in Fauldhouse area at around 7pm last Tuesday (26 January).

He has not been in contact with friends or family since then and concern is growing for his welfare.

Allan is described as 6ft 4inches tall, of slim build and with short grey hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a black fleece and black boots.

Sergeant John Fleming of Livingston Police Station said: “This behaviour is out of character for Allan and we’re conducting various enquiries in the local area as part our efforts to trace him.

“I’d ask anyone who believes they may have seen Allan in the last week, or has any information about his whereabouts, to get in touch as soon as possible.”
