Poster boys and girls for police contest

YOUNGSTERS are being asked to design a poster promoting a theft prevention message in a new police competition.

Primary five, six and seven classes from all schools across East Lothian and Midlothian have been invited to come up with posters to help inform their communities.

The winning poster designer for Midlothian will be presented with an iPod Shuffle by Superintendent Liz McAinsh at an awards ceremony in Dalkeith Library on Wednesday. The East Lothian winner will receive their iPod Shuffle from Chief Inspector Colin Brown in Ormiston Library on the same day.
