Pupils chase history

PULILS from Broxburn Academy have won a place in the final of a national competition at the Natural History Museum in London.

The Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics challenge has provided pupils from across the UK with the opportunity to design an app for the 2012 Olympic Games for visitors with a disability.

The team – Matthew Devlin, Bronwyn Dickson, Liam Rintoul and Catriona Salvini – beat Craigmount High School, securing their place in the final where the top eight schools in the country will go head-to-head today.
